Hi I’m Laura a co-founder of Ryedaura. I’m married to Edward, have a son enjoy playing badminton in my spare time. I studied business at college, then went on to gain my secretarial diploma.
I’ve continued to study while working, as I love to learn new things. In the last few years I’ve passed my AAT in bookkeeping and am currently studying for level 4. I have worked as an office and finance manager/ PA for over 15 years for small to medium businesses, all of whom have outstanding reputations in in their fields. I’ve always worked in fast-paced positions, requiring me to multi task and adapt quickly. I am a driven and committed to PA with solid financing bookkeeping experience, with a background in increasing efficiency and reducing costs. I am a highly skilled communicator, with strong interpersonal skills passionate about driving continuous improvements and developing improved processes.
Hi I’m Edward, a cofounder of Ryedaura. I’m married to Laura, have a son and enjoy golfing in my spare time.
My strengths are customer service and project management. I have a wealth of experience in meeting customers requirements and expectations and in coordinating the supply chain.
I enjoy building relationships with customers and suppliers; My attention to detail is second to none when I take great pride in my work.
I have worked both as a customer service manager and project manager for over a decade, consistently improving processes and optimising productivity.
During my time as a project manager I gained a wide range of experience in inventory management and estimating. I work methodically and enjoy resolving problems.
Danielle has been an integral part of our company since its inception. She loves to write, is exceptionally brilliant at researching, with a keen eye for detail. She also provides invaluable support to the Directors, along with crafting compelling presentations and writing engaging posts and blogs for clients.
Kat joined us in 2023, she efficiently manages client processes and provides a seamless customer service experiences to our clients valued customers. She lends her expertise to assist the Directors with company operations, including health and safety. She is a dab hand with social media and ensures everything is meticulously curated with timely and accurate postings.
Anna is our bookkeeping administrator, who joined us in 2023. With her meticulous attention to detail and a strong grasp of financial processes, Anna along with Laura ensure our client books are in perfect order. Anna’s expertise do not end there, she also provides excellent customer service, so our clients always receive top-notch support and assistance.
